**COVID UPDATE**

With Covid-19 still being an issue in our community, we are currently not offering in-person personal training. However, we are happy to assist you in working out a plan to get you started on your fitness journey! Send us a message on Facebook, or email us at flexappealfitnesswi@gmail.com – we are happy to chat with you about options that could include workouts being written up for you, virtual personal training sessions, and more. Personal Training Packages

The following packages and prices are effective as of October 1, 2019.

**All personal training sessions are one hour. Personal training sessions are to be used 2x per week (you are given one week of a grace period week in case any sessions need to be rescheduled) and also include open gym key card access for the amount of weeks listed on each package. This gets you full access to our facility seven days per week from 5am to 10pm.**

Gold Package (12 sessions)

*To be used in 7 weeks*

Platinum Package (20 sessions)

* To be used in 11 weeks *

Partner Personal Training

Whether you need that extra accountability or just want to have a little friendly competition, this option is fun for everyone! Train with a friend, sibling, co-worker, roommate or spouse! 

Here’s how it works:

  • You each will purchase your own personal training package from the three options listed above. (You each must choose the same package.)
  • Each of you will receive a 10% discount on the package you choose.
  • Sessions will be booked together.

*All sessions in package must be booked together in order to receive discount. If one partner misses a scheduled session, and the other partner does attend, that session will be forfeited by the one who missed.* 


All personal training packages are to be used in the time frame indicated. Each package gives you a one week grace period for missed/rescheduled sessions. Unused sessions after that time will be forfeited by purchaser. Refund requests for purchased package/payment must be done so in writing within (3) three days of purchase by the purchaser and given to the owner, Danielle Todd. Upon receipt of the refund request, Flex Appeal Fitness reserves (10) ten business days to either approve or deny the refund request and return the money (less money covering any sessions already used) to purchaser. If refund request is made after three days of the purchase date, you may be eligible for your remaining sessions to be turned into credit to be used on other services at Flex Appeal Fitness. This eligibility determined solely by Flex Appeal Fitness and is not guaranteed in every situation. Credit for unused personal training sessions is not eligible to be used on any retail items. Flex Appeal Fitness reserves the right to deny any refund request without reason. All packages are non-transferable and non-shareable.

Whether you’re a regular class go-er, or plan to start attending classes, Schedulicity can help you plan out your workouts for the week and stay on track to meet all your health and fitness goals! To download, please follow the steps below…

1. Go to your Apple or Android App Store.
2. Search “Schedulicity” (you will notice the 3 colored boxes in the logo like on the photo above). Download the app.
3. Once you open the app, click “Sign In” – on the next screen, you will be asked to enter your email.
4. The following screen will ask for your name, phone number and email.
5. Then from there, you can put in a profile picture if you wish. Or you can skip that step.
6. Next, you will hit the “Explore” button on the bottom left hand corner.
7. Search for “Flex Appeal Fitness” and once you find us, you can see all of our upcoming classes and book your spot!

Please remember that we will cancel any group classes, one hour prior to the start time, if we do not have a minimum of 3 people signed up. So be sure to sign up for any classes you plan to attend; and if possible, remove yourself if you will not be able to make it. Please message us if you have any questions!! If you need help downloading or navigating the app, please feel free to message us that you are attending class and we can help you when you get to the gym!!
