**Auto-Pay term memberships are set up on a contract and dues are charged each month to a card securely saved on file in our system. Member chooses payment date on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Once the term membership is up, your membership will continue on a month to month basis until you cancel. Group Class Descriptions
HIIT Fit is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

|Strong! Strength Training
This class is for anyone who wants to increase their overall strength using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight! Modifications are always available for every fitness level!
Classes taught by Suzanne Truax
Barre is comprised of movements inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates (ballerina status not needed!). Barre focuses on high repetitions during small range-of-motion movements coupled with specific timed holds (isometric strength training) to create long, lean, sculpted muscles. This empowering and energetic class will leave you feeling challenged and capable all at the same time. Improve balance, build strength and increase stability in your core!

When your body needs next level training it’s time to advance to Bootcamp Conditioning. This military-inspired circuit workout commands power, strength and agility. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, and jump your way to a full body workout. If you’re ready to push your limits, this sweat session is for you! Able to be modified to any fitness level!

|Flex & Core Friday
Start your day with low lights, soft music and a stimulating whole body workout. This class combines the principals of mat Pilates with the use of bands and light weights to gain core strength and stability. We finish with stretching to increase flexibility. No previous Pilates experience required! Mats are available for your use!

Just like the name suggests, come ready to sweat! This class will vary in format week to week, but one thing is for sure…you’ll always leave as a big pile of sweaty goodness! No matter the format, classes are always able to be formatted for any fitness level.
