Group Class Pricing

Never taken a group class with us before? Great! Your first class with us is FREE!

Group Class Punchcard

$50

Card has six classes and expires two months from date of purchase.

One Month Unlimited Class Pass

$85

One month of unlimited group classes. Pass expires one month from date of purchase.

Three Month Unlimited Class Pass

$225 (Paid up front.)

Three months of unlimited group classes. Pass will expire three months from date of purchase.

INDIVIDUAL PRICING

  • Single Class: $10 per class/per person
  • Month to Month Unlimited Group Classes AND Open Gym Access: $95/month

COUPLES PRICING (Two people living in the same household.)

  • Month to Month Unlimited Group Classes AND Open Gym Access: $155/month

FAMILY PRICING (Up to four people living in the same household.)

  • Month to Month Unlimited Group Classes AND Open Gym Access: $260/month

SENIOR DISCOUNT (Age 60 and older)

Seniors can receive a 15% discount on an individual or couples unlimited monthly package of group classes and open gym access listed above.

Seniors can recieve a 10% discount on either a group class punch card, a one month or a three month group class pass.

No senior discounts on single classes.


**Unlimited month to month memberships are set up on an auto-pay system, and dues are charged each 1st of the month to a card securely saved on file in our system. There are no fees to cancel, however there are no refunds for unused partial months. Cancellation must be requested at least (3) three business days before the end of the month.**


Group Class Descriptions

HIIT Fit

HIIT Fit is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Tabata Pump!

Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training that consists of a certain number of sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. In this class, we will combine this heart-pumping cardio with some strength moves to get you PUMPED!

Bootcamp Conditioning

When your body needs next level training it’s time to advance to Bootcamp Conditioning. This military-inspired circuit workout commands power, strength and agility. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, and jump your way to a full body workout. If you’re ready to push your limits, this sweat session is for you! Able to be modified to any fitness level!

 Flex & Core Friday

Start your day with low lights, soft music and a stimulating whole body workout. This class combines the principals of mat Pilates with the use of bands and light weights to gain core strength and stability. We finish with stretching to increase flexibility. No previous Pilates experience required! Mats are available for your use!

 Saturday Sweatfest

Just like the name suggests, come ready to sweat! This class will vary in format, but one thing is for sure…you’ll always leave as a big pile of sweaty goodness! No matter the format, classes are always able to be formatted for any fitness level. (Held every other week – see Schedulicity app for weekly schedule.)

Whether you’re a regular class go-er, or plan to start attending classes, Schedulicity can help you plan out your workouts for the week and stay on track to meet all your health and fitness goals! To download, please follow the steps below…

1. Go to your Apple or Android App Store.
2. Search “Schedulicity” (you will notice the 3 colored boxes in the logo like on the photo above). Download the app.
3. Once you open the app, click “Sign In” – on the next screen, you will be asked to enter your email.
4. The following screen will ask for your name, phone number and email.
5. Then from there, you can put in a profile picture if you wish. Or you can skip that step.
6. Next, you will hit the “Explore” button on the bottom left hand corner.
7. Search for “Flex Appeal Fitness” and once you find us, you can see all of our upcoming classes and book your spot!

Please remember that we will cancel any group classes, one hour prior to the start time, if we do not have a minimum of 3 people signed up. So be sure to sign up for any classes you plan to attend; and if possible, remove yourself if you will not be able to make it. Please message us if you have any questions!! If you need help downloading or navigating the app, please feel free to message us that you are attending class and we can help you when you get to the gym!!
